By accessing and using JustiBirch ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustiBirch provides digital meal plans and nutritional guidance for fitness purposes. The service includes:

  • 30-day meal plans (Weight Loss and Muscle Gain)
  • Recipe guides and nutritional information
  • Workout recommendations

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The meal plans and fitness content are for informational purposes only and are NOT medical advice.

  • Consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program
  • I am not responsible for any health issues resulting from following the plans
  • If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions, consult your doctor first
  • Results may vary - no specific outcomes are guaranteed

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person - accounts are non-transferable

5. Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
  • Prices are displayed in USD
  • Lifetime access means access for as long as the Service operates
  • Prices may change at any time (existing purchases are not affected)

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are offered only in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content (after support has attempted to resolve)
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on JustiBirch is owned by me or my licensors
  • You may not copy, distribute, or sell the meal plans or content
  • Personal use only - no commercial redistribution

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Redistribute or resell the content
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Attempt to hack or compromise the systems

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • JustiBirch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
  • I am not responsible for third-party services (Firebase, Lemon Squeezy, YouTube)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustiBirch from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
